Main features
1. All castings are made of resin sand material, with high dimensional accuracy, strong rigidity and good surface quality. The castings are treated with artificial aging and vibration aging to reduce and homogenize the residual stress of each workpiece, prevent deformation of the workpiece, improve the wear resistance, stability and vibration resistance of the machine tool, and enable the machine tool to continuously process at high speed for a long time.
2. The lubrication of each guide rail and screw adopts a quantitative automatic intermittent centralized thin oil lubrication system, and the oil pump has functions such as working status display and hydraulic supervision. The lubrication system can also be manually controlled, and forced lubrication can be performed when necessary.
3. All joint surfaces are manually scraped and affixed with a layer of anti-climbing wear-resistant plastic, which effectively reduces the friction coefficient, is more stable during fast movement and heavy cutting, and better proves the positioning accuracy and repeatability of the machine tool.
4. Positioning accuracy. The quenching depth of the bed guide rail reaches 4mm, which effectively improves the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
Main components
1. The CNC lathe CAK6140 machine tool headstock and bed, tailstock, pallet and other joint surfaces are manually scraped and ground, and the whole machine is tested by laser interferometer to effectively ensure the positioning accuracy, repeated positioning accuracy, reverse clearance and stability of the Z-axis and X-axis.
2. The machine tool is made of high-strength cast iron, with special materials such as copper and chromium added. The quenching depth of the bed rail reaches 4mm, which effectively improves the wear resistance and stability of the machine tool.
3. The machine tool adopts centralized lubrication to ensure the cleanliness and heat dissipation characteristics of the headstock, and effectively prolongs the service life of bearings and gears.
4. The machine tool spindle adopts Wafangdian bearings, and the machine tool gears adopt precision grinding, which effectively improves the gear hardness and reduces the machine tool noise.
5. The machine tool adopts Hanjiang ball screw, Z-axis ball screw, and X-axis ball screw adopts tensile structure, which improves the accuracy of the outer circle and inner hole size of the workpiece.
6. The machine tool adopts a domestic famous brand four-station lift-free electric tool holder. A six-station electric tool holder is also available.
7. The spindle box gear uses fully ground teeth and 40Cr material is added for high precision.
