    The vicord horizontal machining center is a high-efficiency, high-speed automatic tool-changing CNC machine tool, equipped with a CNC flat turntable (with U drive unit and CNC U axis) that can automatically exchange tools during the machining process. It can perform four-face milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, facing, step hole cutting and other processes at one time. It is most suitable for the processing of medium and small batches, multiple varieties of precision parts and curved parts. It is widely used in various industries in the machinery and electronics sectors.     Main features


    1. The main basic parts such as the base, workbench, column, beam, slide, spindle box are made of HT300 cast iron, box-type structure, compact and reasonable symmetrical rib structure to ensure the high rigidity and bending and shock absorption performance of the basic parts; the basic parts are molded with resin sand and fully aged, which provides a guarantee for the stability of the long-term performance of the machine tool.
    2. The X, V, and Z directions use large pitch, high precision, and high strength ball screws with high feed speed; the servo motor uses an elastic coupling to directly connect with the screw, and the feed servo motor directly transmits power to the high precision ball screw to ensure the positioning accuracy of the machine tool;
    3. The screw support uses a special screw bearing and a pre-stretched structure, which greatly reduces the influence of thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine tool during long-term operation;
    4. The guide rails and screws in the three directions of X, Y, and Z are all sealed to ensure the cleanliness of the screws and guide rails, and ensure the transmission and movement accuracy of the machine tool;

    Main components


    The vicord MH horizontal machining center adopts an inverted T-shaped structure and an integrated base. The bed, worktable, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts are all made of high-strength cast iron materials. The molding is resin sand process, and the stress is eliminated by two aging treatments. These large parts are all optimized by SW and Ansys to improve the rigidity and stability of the large parts and the whole machine, and effectively suppress the deformation and vibration of the machine tool caused by cutting force.

    The vicord horizontal machining center is mainly used for machining high-precision, multi-process and complex-shaped parts such as plates, discs, shells, and molds.
