Power turret horizontal machining center

A powered turret horizontal machining center refers to a processing machine tool in which the spindle axis is set parallel to the worktable.

Main features

The power turret horizontal machining center can complete the milling end face, drilling, countersunk back of drilling, tapping and other processing processes in one clamping. The machine tool adopts mechatronics design, and the ball linear guide is rigid and wear-resistant. The slide feed adopts CNC control and ball screw, with beautiful appearance, reasonable structure and convenient operation. High processing accuracy and good processing size uniformity.

Main components

The YCWJ series turret machining center is mainly composed of horizontal slide, vertical slide, turret head, rotary table, fixture and other components

1. The bed, column, saddle, worktable and spindle box are made of gray cast iron with stable performance and good quality, and have good thermal stability;

2. The spindle assembly with appropriate precision has good precision and balance, and has a high-rigidity matching structure;

3. Three sets of fine linear guides are used in the Z direction;

4. The spindle box (Y direction) and the worktable (X direction) use two sets of fine linear guides;

5. The ball screws are pre-stretched, so that the transmission rigidity of the three axes is good, the precision is stable, and the transmission is smooth;

6. Equipped with a centralized lubrication device, sufficient lubrication.

Application

The power turret horizontal machining center can process larger parts and can also perform indexing and rotary processing. It is suitable for multi-process processing such as milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, two-dimensional and three-dimensional curved surfaces of multiple working surfaces of parts. It has the good performance of completing box hole system and plane processing in one clamping, and is particularly suitable for the turning and boring processing of box holes.
